About Savage City Strength

Since 2017 I have been bringing actual functional strength and conditioning training to the public. From working with young kids to senior citizens. From people with physical disabilities to international level athletes and every average Jane and Joe in between.

Your personal training expert

As someone who has studied physical culture and strength training spanning from the 1800s to the present I bring the actual result driven processes that have been documented and tested. Not just what is the latest fitness or social media trend. I will train you like an athlete with progressions and regressions based on your own level and circumstances.

my training philosophy

At Savage City Strength, I believe everybody has the ability to accomplish amazing results and train like an athlete. We all start with a unique baseline but we can all accomplish goals that surprise ourselves.

Commitment to results

My goal is to get you to adopt your own unique fitness lifestyle that you will be able to continue for decades while making progress along the way and not getting bored or burnt out. This has to become a lifestyle adaptation to get the benefits. NOT just a few months or few years…
